Washing Instructions Wash gently with hand. Wash separately.  Dry flat.  Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry.  Do not iron.

There are a lot of factors involved in the hand-dyeing process, so please consider the following:

Different fibers take up the dye differently, so colour variations will occur.  Superwash yarn for instance, gives a brighter, more vivid colour result.
I dye in small batches, so each cake or skein will differ slightly, therefor it is recommended that you buy all the yarn you need for your project at the same time.  To even out differences, it is recommended that you alternate skeins/balls every other row of knitting or crochet.
Hand-dyed yarns should be washed by hand, with mild detergent and in lukewarm water.  When the yarn is washed for first time, please wash it separately as some slight residual surface dye may still be on the yarn.
