Date(s) - 06/10/2018
13:00 - 16:00

Now that you mastered the basics, you want to explore all the exciting techniques that Tunisian Crochet can offer you!

Entrelac is a technique where triangles and squeares are interlinked with each other to create a join that is worked mainly in horizontal strips, with the squares staggered one on top on die other, and triangles generally filling the gaps on the edges.

What will you learn:  During this workshop, we will alter this technique slightly by filling a rectangular scarf with squares ONLY and no triangles.  We will also make each square in a different colour, giving this pattern the cobble brick look that is has.  You will learn how to interlink each square with one another and how to add them on top of one another in a diagonal row sequence.

What you need: You will be supplied with a kit that contains the following: 4 x 10g 100% merino sock yarn to get the technique going (FULL KITS FOR THE COMPLETE SCARF WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE).

Bring: 5mm conventional crochet hook WITHOUT SOFT GRIP.

Basic crochet knowledge: You will need to know the basics of Tunisian Crochet eg. the Tunisian Simple Stitch, How to work the Foundation Row and end the Forward pass correctly in the last stitch.

IMPORTANT: Please make your full payment or at least minimum of 50% upon booking to ensure your place.  I experience many that make a booking, never pays, and never pitch for the classes or workshops.  This cause for other committed attendees to forfeit a place for the course and I lose incurred cost for preparation of materials for you.  Thank you for understanding this matter.  The rest of the fee may be paid upon commence of the course.  The banking details will appear on your booking confirmation email.

I look forward to share my knowledge with you!

Hooky Regards
